【摘要】 目的:了解女性海洛因依赖者中因性乱所致盆腔炎性疾病(PID)患病流行情况。方法:对在我所强戒的1237名海洛因依赖者,进行妇科体检、阴道分泌物涂片及妇科B超检查。结果:患病人数为114人,患病率9.22%,且不同年龄人群组患病有显著性差异(字2=12.003,P<0.01),有卖淫行为者患病率明显高于无卖淫行为者(字2=12.063,P<0.01)。结论:加强对吸毒妇女(尤其是青年女性)的性卫生教育,避免性乱,对控制性疾病传播有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To reveal the epidemiological situation of pelvic inflammations in female heroin abusers because of their confusional sex behavior. Methods: To give 1237 cases of female heroin abusers in Ankang Hospital gynecological examination , smear exam of vagina secretion and B ultrasonographic exam. Results: Among them 114 cases (9.22%) had pelvic inflammations. The infection rates extremely changed in different ages (?字2 = 12.003, P < 0.01). This rate was extremely higher in prostitutes than in normal group (?字2 = 12.063, P < 0.01), Conclusion: We should reinforce the sex education among female heroin addicts, especially for women who are in the sexually mature period and avoid confulsional sex behavior, since it is very important to control the spreading of venereal diseases.更多还原
