【摘要】 目的观察脑卒中患者神经功能缺损程度以及舌象变化与清开灵注射液的影响关系。方法将67例患者随机分为常规治疗组(对照组)和清开灵注射液组(治疗组),两组疗程均为4周;观察治疗前后神经功能缺损程度和舌象变化情况。结果治疗组在神经功能缺损程度及舌象改善方面,总有效率显著高于对照组。结论脑卒中患者临床上除表现有神经功能缺损外,与舌象的变化也密切相关;清开灵注射液可改善脑卒中患者异常舌象与神经功能的缺损程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the severity of damage in nervous function,changes in tongue picture in patients of apoplexy and the effect of Qingkaling Injection(QI). Methods:67 patients were randomly divided into the ordinary treatment group and the QI treatment group,and were treated for 4 weeks.The severity of damage in nervous function and changes in tongue lpicture before and after the treatments were observed.Results:After 4 weeks’treatments,total effective rate in treatment of nervous function damage and improvement of tongue picture in QI treatment group was signiificanlty higher than in the ordinary treatment group.Conclusion:Clinical manifestation of apoplexy patients,in addition to damage of nervous function,were also ciosely related to tongue picture;QI can improve apoplexy patients’tongue picture and damage in nervous function更多还原
