【摘要】 本文介绍卒中单元的概念与基本类型,提出国内目前治疗中风病存在的主要问题:重治疗轻预防,重药物轻康复,重西医轻中医,重肌力改变而轻正确运动模式的再学习,重运动功能的恢复而轻语言训练和心理治疗。本文重点阐述创建中国特色卒中单元思维的思路与方法,强调要坚持“五个”结合,即中医与西医结合、中药与针灸、推拿结合、治疗与康复结合、内治与外治结合、治疗与预防结合;并指出其应当具备的基本条件。更多还原
