【摘要】 目的观察益气祛瘀化痰通腑法治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将348例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组210例与对照组138例,两组予西药常规治疗,治疗组加服益气祛瘀化痰通腑中药。所有病例治疗前后均进行神经功能缺损程度评分,并作血液流变学检测。结果治疗组总有效率92.86%,对照组总有效率71.74%,两组比较差异有显著性;治疗组神经功能缺损程度评分和血液流变学各项指标的改善优于对照组。结论益气祛瘀化痰通腑法治疗急性脑梗死有较好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect on acute cerebral infarction treated by Invigorating Qi,Removing Blood Stasis and Resoliving Phlegm Decoction.Methods :348 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (210 cases)and the controlled group(138 cases).The patients in both group received the usual treatm ent of WM,while those in the the treatment group were treated by Invigorating Qi ,Removing Blood Stasis and Resoliving Phlegm Decoction in addition.All patients were eraluated of the nervous function injury degree and examined by blood rheol ogy period before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate were 92.8 6%in the treatment group but 71.74%in the controlled group,with significant di fference between the two groups.The marks of the nervous function injury degree and the various standards of blood rheology were superior to the controlled grou p.Conclusion:The therapy Invigorating Qi,Removing Blood Stasis and Resoliving Ph legm Decoction for acute cerebral infarction has a better therapeutic effect.更多还原
