【摘要】 目的观察补肾祛痰化瘀之心舒胶囊治疗中老年男性冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的病例180例随机分为两组,治疗组予心舒胶囊,对照组服血府逐瘀胶囊。结果治疗组心绞痛症状、中医证候、血脂、血液流变学指标及激素分泌功能的改善均优于对照组。结论中老年男性冠心病心绞痛中医辨证属肾虚、血瘀痰浊者均存在下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴激素分泌功能紊乱现象,而用补肾祛痰化瘀法能调节其激素分泌功能,改善血液流变性及血脂等指标,为中老年男性冠心病心绞痛患者的有效治法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of the treatment of angina pectoris with Xinshu Capsule(心舒胶囊) which Strengthens the Kidney,Resolves Phlegm and Removes Blood Stasis in middle-and old men.Methods:180 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the controlled group.In the former group,patients took Xinshu Capsule,while in the latter group,patients took XuefuZhuyu Capsule(血府逐瘀胶囊).Results:In the treatment group,the improvement of angina pectoris symptoms,TCM symptoms,blood fat indexes,blood rheological indexes and hormone secretion function were better than those of the controlled group.Conclusion:Angina pectoris in middle-and old men belong to Deficiency of the Kidney in TCM syndrome differentiation.In the patients of Blood Stasis and Phlegm, there exists functional disturbance of hormone secetion in the hyplthalamus-hypophysis-gonad axis.The therapy Strengthening the Kidney,Resolving Phlegm and Removing Blood Stasis may regulate hormone secretion function,improve rheological and blood fat indexes.Therefore,the therapy is the effective method to angina pectoris in middle-and old men.更多还原
