【摘要】 目的了解沈阳市各县区疾控中心微生物科质控工作现状,为进一步加强微物科室室内质控管理提供依据。方法对该市各区县13个疾控中心微生物科室进行了样本盲样菌株质控考核。结果2001~2003年考核结果虽有逐年提85.44%高,室间质控菌株样品符合率并不理想。体检、食品、环境水、流行病室检测符合率分别为85.44%、91.14%、88.61%、86.08%。结论各县区疾控中心检测室内质控,虽有逐年提高,但基本功缺乏,应进一步加强对沈阳市县区疾控系统实验室质量控制工作的管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To understand the current situation of quality-control in the microorganism departments of the CDCs of Shenyang,and provide basis for strengthening indoor quality-control work.[Methods] Examination was carried out on randomly collected germ stains in the microorganism departments of 13 CDCs.[Results] The eligible rate of the examined germ strains was not satisfactory although with an increase of 85.44% annually.The eligible rates of physical examination,food,environmental water and epidemiological labs were(91.14%,) 88.61% and 86.08% respectively.[Conclusion] Quality control management should be strengthened in the labs of CDC system of Shenyang.更多还原
