【摘要】 目的探讨影响股、桡动脉采血成功率的相关因素。方法298例呼吸科患者,男135例,女163例,年龄28～82岁,经股动脉采血324次,桡动脉采血325次。根据患者的不同情况分别分为:①男、女性组,②青、中、老年组,③心衰、非心衰组,④肥胖、非肥胖组。根据护士的护龄分为:<5a组和≥5a组。统计各组群经股、桡动脉采血的成功率,比较各相应组群间采血成功率的差异。结果男性股、桡动脉采血组成功率高于女性股、桡动脉采血组;老年股、桡动脉采血组成功率低于青年股、桡动脉采血组;肥胖股、桡动脉采血组成功率低于非肥胖股、桡动脉采血组;心衰股、桡动脉采血组成功率低于非心衰股、桡动脉采血组;<5a组护士采血成功率低于≥5a组护士;上述各组群间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论患者性别、年龄、肥胖、心衰及操作人员技术水平等是影响股、桡动脉采血成功率的关键因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To explore the correlative factors that affect blood sampling through femoralis artery (FA) and radial artery (RA). [Methods] 298 patients in respiratory department (135 males and 163 females) with an age range of 28 to 82 underwent blood sampling, 324 through FA and 325 through RA. All the patients were divided into different groups on the basis of gender, age, heart failure situation and obesity. All nurses were divided into two groups according their working length (5a as the divide). The successful rate of blood sampling were calculated and compared between groups. [Results] The successful rate among males was higher than that among females; that among the aged group was lower than that among the youth group; that among the obesity group was lower than that among the non-obesity group; that among the heart failure group was lower than that among the non-heart failure group; that among the experienced group (<5a) was lower than that among the experience group (≥5a). The comparison had statistic significance (P<0.05 or P<0.01). [Conclusion] Gender, age, obesity, heart failure and the technical skill are the major factors that affect the successful rate of blood sampling through FA and RA.更多还原
