【摘要】 目的了解分析许昌市各级医疗机构室内空气5a消毒效果,为加强消毒管理工作提供依据。方法采用平板沉降法对医疗机构室内空气进行采样监测。结果1999～2003年空气合格率分别为46.43%、47.32%、58.25%、61.72%、73.72%,市级综合医院、区级(职工)医院、个体诊所合格率分别为71.84%、56.50%、42.96%;Ⅱ类环境、Ⅲ类环境合格率分别为56.83%、60.75%。结论许昌市医院空气消毒合格率较低,应进一步加强医院空气的消毒管理工作,预防呼吸道疾病的发生和传播。更多还原

【Abstract】 To learn the effect of 5-year air disinfection in medical institutions of Yuchang and provide basis for disinfection managerial work. Plate sedimentation method was applied to collect air samples from the indoor air of medical institutions. The eligible rates of the indoor air from 1999～2003 were 46.43%, 47.32%, 58.25%, 61.72% and 73.72% respectively, that in the municipal comprehensive hospitals, district hospitals and private clinics were 71.84%, 56.50% and 42.96% respectively, that in class II environment and class Ⅲ environment were 56.83% and 60.75% respectively. [Conclusion] The indoor air disinfection in the hospitals of Yuchang has a low eligible rate, which might increase the attack and prevalence of respiratory diseases. Indoor air Disinfection work should be strengthened in hospitals.更多还原
