【摘要】 目的论证《职业与健康》编辑部引进的《科技期刊稿件处理系统》在编辑部稿件处理业务工作中的有效性、实用性及先进性。方法通过对《科技期刊稿件处理系统》的全面应用,将运用该系统2004年全年的稿件业务处理工作流程的全部记录资料与未使用该系统前的2003年全年相关资料进行对比分析。结果2004年全年稿件处理完成量(篇)较2003年增加48%,稿件前期处理所用时间(天)缩短51%,杜绝了“一稿两稿”的情况,重稿漏检率从9.2%下降为0。结论《科技期刊稿件处理系统》是一套完全适合《职业与健康》编辑部编辑业务流程的、先进的技术手段和工作平台,是一套实用、有效的编辑出版管理方面的管理软件系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 To discuss the effectiveness, practicability and advancement of "Manuscript Processing System for Scientific and Technological Periodicals" in the manuscript processing work of the Occupation and Disease Newsroom.Comparative analysis was made between the data collected from the manuscript processing that was done by applying the system in 2004 and the data collected from the manuscript processing that was done without applying the system in 2003.The total amount of processed manuscripts in 2004 increased by 48% than that in 2003; the time used in pre-processing the manuscripts was shortened by 51%; the failing rate of detecting re-contribution decreased from 9.2% to 0%.[Conclusion] "Manuscript Processing System for Scientific and Technological Periodicals" is an advanced technical means, which is virtually applicable in the editorial work of the Occupation and Disease Newsroom. It is a practical and effective managerial software system for editorial and publishing trade.更多还原
