【摘要】 目的　研制BC -3 0 0 0型自动血细胞分析仪专用稀释液。方法　在分析原装稀释液的基础上,设计自制稀释液的配方并配制成应用试剂。结果　自制稀释液的测试结果与原装稀释液的结果差异无显著性(P >0. 0 5 ) ,自制稀释液的主要理化指标,白细胞、红细胞及血小板3种细胞分布直方图也与原装稀释液一致。结论　自制稀释液可完全替代原装稀释液使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a special diluent for BC-3 000 automatic blood c ell analytic apparatus. [Methods] The original diluent was ana lyzed to design th e prescription of self-made diluent. [Results] No significant difference was foun d in the test between the original and self-made diluent (P>0.05). The main phys ical and chemical targets, the linear and square graph of leukocytes, erythrocyt es and platelets accorded with that of the original diluent. [Conclusio n] Self-made diluent can be used to replace the original.更多还原
