【摘要】 目的　了解目前教职工健康生命质量的状况。方法　采用国际上通用的SF -3 6问卷对某校教职工进行了自评普查。结果　被调查者总体健康和精神卫生等方面分值均较低 ,但生理功能得分较高 ;女性整体上优于男性 ;与四川省城市居民参考值比较男性教职工的多个维度自评得分都低于参考值 ;女性教职工在生理健康方面得分低于参考值 ,而在精神健康方面得分高于参考值。结论　该校教师队伍的生命质量偏低 ,但以中青年为主的教职工队伍的生理年龄决定了其身体功能整体较好且个体差异不大 ,但是在总体健康 (GH)及其他诸方面就存在较大差距 ,提高教师队伍的健康水平已成当务之急。更多还原

【Abstract】 To learn the current life quality of the teaching staff. International current SF-36 questionnaire was applied to survey the life quality of teaching staff of a school. The grades of both general health and mental health were relatively low, while the physiological function got a high score. The life quality of females was wholly higher than that of the males. The scores of both males and females’ physiological health were lower than that of the referential value of urban residents of Sichuan Province, while the score of females’ mental health was higher than that of the referential value. [Conclusion] The life quality of the teaching staff of this school is relatively low; it is crucial to improve the health condition of teaching staff.更多还原
