南昌地区儿童饮料中含铅状况的调查

【摘要】 目的 了解南昌地区市售的儿童饮料中的铅含量。方法 采集 3类包装的 4 3份饮料样品 ,按照国家标准方法处理后 ,用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法检测样品中的铅含量 ,其结果应用SPSS 1 0 .0软件进行统计分析。结果 与国家饮料卫生标准比较 ,塑料瓶组合格率为 1 0 0 .0 % ;铝罐组的合格率 71 .4 % ;铁罐组的合格率 85.7% ;4 3份样品的总合格率 86 .0 % ,3组之间两两比较 ,塑料瓶组饮料的铅含量与铝罐和铁罐相比 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5) ;铝罐组与铁罐组间不存在着明显的差异。含铅量最低是塑料瓶组的饮料。结论 南昌地区内所检的市售饮料大部分符合国家卫生标准。

【Abstract】 To know the content of lead in children’s beverages of Nanchang Ctiy. GFAAS was applied to determine the content of lead in 43 selected samples of 3 kinds of packing after being pretreated according to the national standard. The result was analyzed with SPSS 10.0 software. Compared with the national standard, the eligibility rates of plastic bottles, aluminum tins and iron tins were100.0%, 71.4% and 85.7% respectively. The total eligibility rate was 86.0%. Significant difference was found between the lead content in plastic bottles and that in aluminum and iron tins (P<0.05). No significant difference was found between the content of lead in aluminum tins and that in iron tins. The plastic bottles had the lowest content of lead among the three. [Conclusion] Most of the determined children’s beverages in Nanchang accord with the national standard.
