深圳市居民对“中国居民膳食指南”的认知程度
Shenzhen citizens’ cognitive level on "Guidance on Chinese people’s Meal Nutrition"
【摘要】 目的 了解深圳市居民对“中国居民膳食指南”及营养知识的认知程度。方法 选定干预区和对照区 ,采取整群随机抽样的方式 ,对干预区开展宣传教育前、后进行基线调查和终期调查。结果 干预前后人们对《中国居民膳食指南》的认识有了很大的提高。结论 应长期及系统性地开展“膳食指南”营养教育 ,指导人们合理膳食 ,提高人群整体素质。
【Abstract】 Objective] To learn Shenzhen citizens’ cognitive level on "Guidance on Chinese people’s Meal Nutrition". [Methods] Intervention region and control region were randomly sampled and investigated prior to and after relative education. [Results] The result indicated a great improvement in the cognition of "Guidance on Chinese people’s Meal Nutrition" after relative education. [Conclusion] Secular and regular education should be proceeded so as to provide people with proper guidance on nutritious meal.
