【Abstract】 On the basis of double-logarithm demand model with regard to the consumption of aquatic products in the urban areas of China,this paper studies the effects on the demand of aquatic products of income,aquatic product self-price and product substituted price.It is indicated by the modeling result that the main factors affecting the consumption of aquatic products are income and aquatic product self-price.Additionally,the average consumption of aquatic products is positively influenced by income while negatively influenced by aquatic product self-price.更多还原
