基于比例阀的液压挖掘机振动掘削控制系统设计
Design a Vibratory Excavation Controlling System Based on the Proportional Valve
【摘要】 由于液压挖掘机在作业过程中的受力情况十分复杂,载荷变化较大,因此挖掘过程中要消耗大量的挖掘功率,能量的利用率比较低。本文从振动的基础理论出发,认为在挖掘过程中施加切削方向的振动后,能够大大降低作业过程中的挖掘阻力,并提高能量的利用效率。在此基础上,本文提出了一种通过ATMEL89C51单片机控制电液比例阀来实现振动挖掘的方法,根据作业对象的不同特点,能够方便地调整振动的幅值和振动频率,以达到更好的降阻节能效果。
【Abstract】 Because of the complicated environment and large range of excavation loads, lots of power is wasted and the energy efficiency is very limited. According to the basic theory of vibration, the article considers that vibration in the process of excavation can reduce the digging force and improve the energy efficiency greatly. On this base, an effective means to implement vibration on excavators is presented in this article by using of single chip computer to control the proportional valves. And in order to get better efficiency, the vibration frequency and range can be adjusted easily in this system.
