【摘要】 目的:研究川芎嗪对血管内皮细胞和对VEGF诱导的血管内皮细胞生长、增殖的影响。方法:采用台盼蓝排染法测定人脐静脉内皮细胞系ECV30 4细胞计数,MTT法测定川芎嗪对血管内皮细胞和对VEGF诱导的血管内皮细胞增殖的抑制。结果:川芎嗪直接作用于ECV30 4细胞,其细胞计数、吸光度(A)值均较对照组显著减少(P <0 .0 5 ) ;川芎嗪作用于VEGF诱导的ECV30 4细胞,其A值较对照组显著降低(P <0 .0 5 )。结论:川芎嗪能直接抑制血管内皮细胞的增殖,对VEGF诱导血管内皮细胞的增殖也有抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of Tetramethylpyrazine(TMP) on growth and proliferation of vascular endothelial cell induced by VEGF.Methods:HUVEC cell line ECV304 was treated by Tetramethylpyrazine.The growth and proliferation was observed by cell counting and MTT assay.Results:ECV304 treated directly by TMP,the number of cell and A was significantly lower than that in control group( P <0.05);TMP on ECV304 induced by VEGF,A was significantly decreased compared with the control group( P <0.05).Conclusion:TMP can inhibit the proliferation of vascular endothelial cell.It also can inhibit the proliferation of vascular endothelial cell stimulated by VEGF.更多还原
