野西瓜苗的生药鉴定研究
The Idencified Study of the Row Drug of Hibiscus Trionum L.SP.PL
【摘要】 目的探讨野西瓜苗不同部位的组织构造及粉末特征。方法本文采用传统的石蜡制片、常规粉末制片的方法对自采的野西瓜苗的根、茎、叶进行了比较鉴别研究。结果对野西瓜苗的组织构造及粉末特征进行观察与描述。结论上述几种鉴别方法结果理想可靠,建议采用。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study tissue characteristics of Hibiscus trionum L.SP.PL.,power characteristics.Method:in this article,the traditional paraffin section,the normal powder section are used to studied for the root, stem and leaf of Hibiscus trionum L.SP.PL.Results:Observing and describing the constitution conformation and powder characteristic.Comparisonal of its’ root,stem and leaf.Conclusion:These identification methods are satisfactory and may adopt.
