【摘要】 目的建立高脂血症复合高糖血症动物模型,观察大鼠血浆v WF水平变化,探讨针刺干预此复合模型致缺血性脑血管病的脑保护机制。方法采用高脂饲料喂养和腹腔注射链脲佐菌素,分别复制高脂血症和高糖血症大鼠模型。60只大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、针刺普通饲料组、针刺高脂饲料组、他经穴对照组和阳性药物对照组。采用ELISA法测定大鼠血浆v WF水平。结果大鼠血浆v WF水平均有所降低,但针刺组优于他经穴对照组和阳性药物对照组(P<0.01),他经穴对照组和阳性药物对照组比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论针刺可明显下调血浆v WF水平,维护和保持血管内皮的完整性,从而保护脑组织,这可能是针刺干预高脂血症复合高糖血症发生缺血性脑血管病的机制之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the model of hyperlipermia combining with hyperglycemia in rats,observing von Willebrand factor(vWF) level in rats’ plasma.To explore the underlying mechanism of acupuncture intervening in the rats of hyperlipermia combining with hyperglycemia inducing Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease(ICVD) on cerebral protection.Methods:To adopt high fat feed-breeding and inject Streptozotocin into abdominal cavity,copying the model of hyperlipermia and hyperglycemia in rats.60 rats were randomLy divided into six groups:normal group,model group,acupuncture ordinary feed group,acupuncture high fat feed group,other channel acupuncture points contrast group and positive medicine group.To detect the vWF level in rats’ plasma with the method of ELISA.Results:Compared with model group,the vWF level in rats’ plasma of acupuncture groups were remarkably decreased(P<0.01),evidently lower than other channel acupuncture points contrast group and positive medicine contrast group(P<0.05).There is no apparent difference between other channel acupuncture points contrast group and positive medicine contrast group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture can obviously decrease the vWF level in rats’ plasma,uphold and maintain the integration of vascular endothelium.As a result,it could protect the cerebral issue,which may be the mechanism on acupuncture intervening in hyperlipermia combining with hyperglycemia inducing ICVD.更多还原
