【摘要】 目的:研究鼻咽癌高发区EB病毒感染者肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)及白介素2(IL-2)水平。方法:免疫酶法检测血清EBVCA-IgA确定EB病毒感染者44例为观察组,以健康人18例作为对照组,ELISA法测定血清TNF-α及IL-2水平;比较其血清TNF-α及IL-2水平。结果:EB病毒感染者及健康对照者TNF-α分别为(37.5±18.7)pg/mL及(23.2±9.6)pg/mL,P<0.01;而IL-2分别为(14.4±7.1)pg/mL及(18.7±6.4)pg/mL,P<0.05。结论:EB病毒感染者肿瘤坏死因子水平增高而白介素2水平低下。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To test the serum TNF-α and IL-2 level in the cases infected of EB Virus.Methods:The EB Virus titer was tested as immunoenzyme method and the serum TNF-α and IL-2 were tested by ELISA methods.The 44 EB Virus infected cases were the observation group,and the 18 health people were the control group.Results:The health people serum TNF-α level is (23.2±9.6)pg/mL,and The EBV- infected cases serum TNF-α level is (37.5±18.7)pg/mL, P<0.01.The health people serum IL-2 level is (18.7±6.4)pg/mL,and The EBV-infected cases serum IL-2 level is (14.4±7.1)pg/mL,P<0.05.Conclusion:The cases infected of EB Virus has higher serum TNF-α level and lower serum IL-2 level.更多还原
