【摘要】 目的:观察葡萄膜炎中医分型治疗的临床疗效。方法:治疗组53例78只眼,按中医证候分类分为肝经风热、阴虚火旺、湿热上扰、正虚邪留四型进行辨证施治。疗程1～3个月后进行统计分析。结果:治愈38只眼,有效33只眼,总有效率91.03%。结论:以中药为主辨证分型治疗葡萄膜炎能显著改善患者的症状和体征,并可逐渐减少或替代激素全身用药治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect in treatment based on syndrome differentiation of uveitis.Methods:Fifty-three patients(78 eyes)with uveitis with treatment based on syndrome differentiation.The patients were divided into four types:Gan Jing Feng Re(肝经风热),Yin Xu Huo Wang(阴虚火旺),Shi Re Shang Rao(湿热上扰),Zheng Xu Xie Liu(正虚邪留).Results:The eyes of recovery were 38(48.7%)and 33(42.3%)were effective in the patients treated.There was a total efficacy rate of 91.03%.Couclusion:The treatment based on syndrome differentiation is obviously efective in treating uveitis,could reduce the side effects of corticosteroid and decrease recurrence.更多还原
