β-榄香烯对实验动物的抑瘤作用及机理研究

【摘要】 目的:研究β-榄香烯的抑瘤作用并探讨其分子机理。方法:建立小鼠lewis肺癌模型,观察β-揽香烯对肿瘤的抑制作用,并进一步检测其对肿瘤细胞增殖核抗原(PCNA)影响。结果:β-榄香烯组和替加氟组小鼠皮下肿瘤平均重量均比生理盐水组小,差异有显著性(P<0.01);β-榄香烯组和替加氟组的抑瘤率均大于30%;β-揽香烯组与替加氟组的抑瘤率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:β-揽香烯能够有效抑制肿瘤的生长,其抑瘤机理与其下调PCNA的表达有关。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the inhibitory effect of β-elemene on experimental animal with lung cancer and inquire its molecule mechanism. Methods: Firstly, we established the model of mouse with lewis lung cancer, then observed the inhibitory effect of β-elemene on the tumour under skin, and detected PCNA level of cancer cell. Results :The media weight of oncology under skin in β-elemene and Tegafur groups are smaller than that of physiological saline group. The variation have significance (P<0.01) ;The percent of inhibitory effect is bigger than 30% in β-elemene and Tegafur groups.The variation has no significance between β-elemene and Tegafur groups (P>0.05) . Conclusion :β-elemene can effectively inhibit the growth of oncology, its mechanism is associated with the down-regulation of PCNA expression in cancer cell.
