【摘要】 目的:初步探讨使用中药经方六味地黄汤加减治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效。方法:12 0例患者随机分为3组,中药治疗组:内服六味地黄汤加减;西药治疗组:口服左旋咪唑片;观察对照组:口服复合维生素B2 片;观察用药3d、6d时溃疡面积的变化,疼痛缓解程度,对比观察其临床疗效。结果:中药治疗组与西药治疗组间无显著性差异(P >0 .0 5 ) ,但中药比西药更安全,中药治疗组与维生素B2 组、西药治疗组与维生素B2 组间有显著性差异(P <0 .0 5 )。结论:六味地黄汤在复发性口腔溃疡的治疗上有效而安全,值得进一步研究和推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective :To study the clinical effects of the Chinese herbal medicine Liuwei Dihuang Tang on the recurrent oral ulcer(ROU). Methods :120 patients with recurrent oral ulcer were divided into 3 groups randomly.Chinese herbal medicine treatment group :40 examples were taken orally the Chinese herbal medicine Liuwei Dihuang Decoction;Western medicine treatment group:40 examples were taken orally the Levamisole;Observation matched control:40 examples were taken orally compound Vitamin B 2.Observes to 3 days,6 days after using the medicine Ulcerate the partial ache,Ulcer area,exudation,swells,dropsy appearance,contrast observes its clinical curative effect. Results :The Chinese herbal medicine treatment group and the Western medicine treatment group were not different ( P >0.05),but the Chinese herbal medicine is more safe than western medicine,the Chinese herbal medicine treatment group and Western medicine treatment group show significant difference with vitamin B 2 group ( P <0.05). Conclusion :the Chinese herbal medicine Liuwei Dihuang Decoction is an effective and safety prescription,deserve the further research with expand.更多还原
