【摘要】 目的:观察肾衰泄浊汤对慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者血清肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNF α)及白介素 6(IL 6)水平的影响,探讨其改善肾功能的作用机制。方法:以肾衰泄浊汤治疗43例CRF患者8周,用放射免疫测定治疗前后血清TNF α、IL 6水平,并测定血肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)、尿酸(UA)及内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)水平。时检测3 0例正常人作对照。结果:1、CRF患者血清TNF α及IL 6的水平均显著高于正常对照组(P <0 0 1) ;2、CRF患者经肾衰泄浊汤治疗后血肌酐、尿素氮、尿酸、肾小球滤过率等指标均得以改善,其水平的变化具有显著性意义(P <0 0 5 ) ;3、治疗后CRF患者血清TNF α及IL 6水平明显低于治疗前(分别为P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 )。结论:1、TNF α及IL 6在CRF发展过程中可能有重要作用;2、肾衰泄浊汤对CRF的治疗有确切疗效;3、降低CRF患者血清TNF α与IL 6水平可能是肾衰泄浊汤治疗慢性肾衰的作用机制之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of Shen Shuai Xiezhuo Decoctiom(SSXZD)on the serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in patients with chronic renal failure(CRF).To explore the mechanism of SSXZD in improving renal function. Method :43 patients with CRF were treated with SSXZD for eight weeks.The levels of serum TNF-α,IL-6,Blood Urea Nitrogen,Creatinine,Uric Acid of the 43 patients were measured by radioimmunoassat.30 matched control subjects were investigated in the study. Result :1.The levels of serum TNF-α and IL-6 were significantly higher in the CRF group than that in the control group( P <0.01);2.The levels of SCr,BUN,UA and Ccr in the patients had decreased after treatment through SSXZD( P <0.05);3.the levels of serum TNF-α and IL-6 lowered after treatment obviously( P <0.01, P <0.05). Conclusion :1.Serum TNF-α and IL-6 in patients with CRF may be important factors during CRF;2.SSXZD has remarkable effect on curing CRF;3.Decreasing the levels of serum TNF-α and IL-6 may be the one of the mechanisms of CRF treated with SSXZD.更多还原
