姬松茸菌孢多糖对SGC-7901胃癌细胞增殖影响的实验研究

【摘要】 目的 :研究姬松茸菌孢多糖体外对SGC 790 1胃癌细胞恶性增殖的影响。方法 :采用集落形成法、MTT比色法、生长曲线法。结果 :与对照组相比 ,各剂量姬松茸菌孢多糖对SGC 790 1细胞成集落数均有抑制作用 (P <0.0 1) ,其IC50 是 3 1 2 5mg/mL ,且随剂量增加其抑制作用增强 ,呈剂量 -效应关系 ;与对照组相比较 ,姬松茸菌孢多糖各剂量对SGC 790 1细胞增殖均有抑制作用 (P <0. 0 1) ,当其为 3 1 2 5 μg/μL时其细胞存活率为 5 1% ,有剂量 -效应关系 ;生长曲线显示 ,对照组SGC 790 1细胞在接种后第二天开始快速生长 ,第三天细胞数量已高于药物组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而姬松茸菌孢多糖处理的SGC 790 1细胞从第一天起生长即受到不同程度抑制 ,且随剂量和时间的增加 ,抑制作用越明显。结论 :姬松茸菌孢多糖在体外能抑制SGC 790 1胃癌细胞增殖更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effects of polysaccharides fromnd hyphae a spores of Agaricus baizei Murill on the proliferation of the gastric adnocaccinoma SGC-7901 cells.Methods: The clone formation method,MTT assay and growth curve were adopted to abserve the effect on the proliferation of the SGC-7901 cells.Results: Compared with control groups,the MTT formazan and clone formation of the gastric adnocaccinoma SGC-7901 cells were decreased significantly（P<0.01）,which were depended on doses,and the IC₅₀ was 31.25μg/μL,the growth curve showed that the SGC-7901 cells of the control group growed rapidly from the second day after being cultured,from the third day the number of the cells surpassed the treated groups（P<0.05）,but the growth of cells of the treated groups,which were inhibited to different degree from the first day:with the increase of dose and time,the inhibition was more effective.Conclusion: Polysaccrhaides from spores of Agaricus baizei had inhibitory effects on the proliferation of gastric adnocacinoma SGC-7901 cells,which may be the antigastricancer mechanism of polysaccrhaides from spores of Agaricus baizei Murill.更多还原
