【摘要】 目的 :建立抗感止咳胶囊中绿原酸含量的测定方法。方法 :RP -HPLC法 ,采用依利特ODS柱(C1 8,4.6× 2 5 0mm ,5 μm ) ,用乙腈 -0 4%磷酸 (9∶91)为流动相 ,流速为 1 0mL/min ,紫外检测波长为3 2 7nm。结果 :在选定的实验条件下 ,绿原酸在 0 .12 6～ 0 . 63 0 μg的范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,r =0.9999,平均回收率 98.4% ,RSD =1.71% (n =6)。结论 :该法操作简便 ,结果准确 ,适合该制剂中绿原酸的含量测定更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To estalish a method for the determination of the Chlorogenic acid in Kanggan Zhike capsules.Methods:The chlorogenic acid was separated on a elite ODS column (C₁₈,4.6×250mm,5μm) and detected at 327nm,using acetonitrile-0.4%phosphoric acid （9∶91） as the mobile phase.Results:Chlorogenic acid in Kanggan Zhike capsules was bassline separated and determined The linearity rangs was 0.126～0.630μg.correlation coefficient was 0.9999.The average recovery was 98.4%（RSD=1.71%）.Conclusions:this method is simple,accurate,it can be used in the quality control of Kanggan Zhike capsules.更多还原
