【Abstract】 Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is a vascular endothelium-specific mitogen,which promote the cleavage,generation and migration of endothelial cell,accordingly accelerate regeneration of blood vessel, increase vascular permeability and establish active collateral circulation.The effect of VEGF in the treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD) is presently received close attentions.We hope that it will have a potential ability of being another new principle of treating CHD.更多还原
