【摘要】 目的检测直肠癌的pKi-67和nm23表达,探讨pKi-67和nm23表达相关性及其与预后关系。方法采用免疫组织化学Envision二步法,检测82例大肠癌标本和15例癌旁组织pKi-67和nm23蛋白表达,分析其相关性及其与肿瘤组织分化和转移及预后的关系。结果Ki-67标记指数在直肠癌组织与癌旁粘膜表达率分别为12.1%与34.17%,差别显著(p<0.05)。pKi-67表达与nm23表达负相关,相关系数为-0.343,p<0,05。在直肠癌的低分化和未分化组中Ki-67标记指数高于中高分化组,而nm23的表达程度低于高中分化组;DukesA和B期(无转移)组织中Ki-67标记指数高于DukesC和D期(有转移)组织,nm23的表达程度低于Dukes C和D期(有转移)组织,差别都有显著性(p均<0.05)。pKi-67高表达和低表达,nm23的表达阴性与阳性病人的生存时间及预后都有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论pKi-67表达与nm23在直肠癌中表达负相关。pKi-67和nm23在直肠癌中表达水平与肿瘤的分化和临床分期(转移)及病人预后有关,可作为直肠癌预后的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the expression and expression relationship of pKi67 and nm23 in rectal carcinoma,and their association with prognosis of rectum carcinoma.Methods Expression of pKi-67 and nm23 was detected in 82 rectal carcinoma and 15 pericarcinoma tissue samples using immunohistochemical two-step Envision method,and then expression relationship of pKi-67 and nm23 and their association with metastasis and prognosis were analyzed.Results There was a significant difference in the values of Ki-67 labeled index between rectal carcinoma tissues and aside carcinoma mucosa,which were 12.1% and 34.17% respectively(P<0.05). The expression of pKi-67 inversely associated with that of nm23 with a correlation coefficient –0.343(P<0.05).Ki-67 labeled indexes in low and no differentiation rectum carcinoma were higher than those of median and higher differentiation groups,while nm23 labeled indexes were lower compared with those of median and high differentiation groups.Ki-67 labeled indexes in Dukes A and B stage(no metastasis) tissues were higher than those of Ducks C and D(metastasis) tissues(P<0.05),while the result was opposite for nm23(P<0.05).The low or high expression of pKi-67 and the negative or positive expression of nm23 significantly influenced the living time and prognosis of patients(P<0.05).Conclusion pKi-67 and nm23 express inversely in rectum carcinoma tissues.The expressive levels of pKi-67 and nm23 are related with differentiation status,clinical stages(metastasis) and prognosis of patients.So they can be used as prognosis indexes for rectum carcinoma.更多还原
