【摘要】 目的:观察中药化痰平喘汤雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎的疗效。方法:选用自拟化痰平喘汤雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎79例,并与α糜蛋白酶雾化吸入78例进行比较。结果:治疗组总有效率92.4%,对照组总有效率87.2%,经统计学处理,P>0.05。结论:中药雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎效果良好,可替代α糜蛋白酶。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Observed the effect of Huatan Pingchuan decoction by aerosol inhalation for children pneumonia. Methods: 157 patients with children pneumonia were divided into two groups randomly. The therapeutic group (79 cases) were treated by Huatan Pingchuan decoction by aerosol inhalation for children pneumonia, and the control group (78 cases) were treated by αchymotrypsin. Results: There was no significant difference between two groups (P< 0.05). The effective rate in the therapeutic group was 92.4 %, and that in the control group was 87.2 %. Conclusion: Huatan Pingchuan decoction by aerosol inhalation for children pneumonia is more effective, which can replace α-chymotrypsin.更多还原
