五叶木通藤茎甾体和三萜成分研究
Study on Sterols and Triterpenes from the Stems of Akebia quinata
【摘要】 从五叶木通Akebiaquinata Decne.藤茎乙醇提取物的二氯甲烷萃取部分分离得到6个化合物,其结构分别鉴定为:β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、Δ5,22豆甾醇(Ⅱ)、齐墩果酸(Ⅲ)、常春藤皂苷元(Ⅳ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅴ)、Δ5,22豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅵ)。化合物Ⅵ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
【Abstract】 The ethanol extract from Akebia quinata was seperated by dichloromethane,n-butanol in sequence. Six compounds were isolated and identified as β-sitosterol(Ⅰ),Δ~5,22 stigmasterol(Ⅱ),oleanolic acid(Ⅲ),hederagenin(Ⅳ),daucosterol(Ⅴ),Δ~5,22 stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glycopyranoside(Ⅵ). Compound Ⅵ was isolated from Akebia plants for the first time.
