天山雪莲不同部位总黄酮含量及高效液相指纹图谱分析
Study of the Content of Flavonoids of Different Parts in Saussures involucrata and Their HPLC Fingerprint Chromatogram
【摘要】 目的:测定天山雪莲不同部位的总黄酮和芦丁含量,以及高效液相指纹图谱分析,为雪莲叶进一步开发利用奠定基础。方法:用UV法测定总黄酮的含量;用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统,对不同部位的HPLC色谱图进行相似度计算。结果:叶的总黄酮和芦丁的含量均较高,与全草的相似度为0.812。
【Abstract】 Objective: To determine the content of flavonoids and rutin in the different parts of Saussurea involucrata,and to establish their HPLC fingerprint chromatogram for the further development and utilization of the leaf.Methods: The content of flavonoids was determined with UV.The similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM was used to calculate similar degree of the HPLC chromatogram of different parts.Results: The content of flavonoids and rutin is relatively high in the leaf.The similarity between leaf and the whole grass is 0.812.
