【Abstract】 Cyclodextrin and its derivatives have been applied widely in improving pharmaceutical properties(such as solubility and formulation) and enhancing drug delivery through their inclusion effects or formation of conjugated compounds.Recently,they were exploited as a carrier for oligonucleotide delivery in gene therapy and as a novel formulation material of therapeutic macromolecules,thereby opening an entirely new research frontier in pharmaceutical sciences.更多还原
