【摘要】 目的:建立高效液相色谱法,测定亚硫酸氢钠穿心莲内酯的有关物质。方法:采用DiamonsilC18色谱柱(250mm×4·6mm,5μm),甲醇-乙腈-0·02mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(5∶24∶75)为流动相,220nm为检测波长。结果:亚硫酸氢钠穿心莲内酯有关物质与主峰分离度大于1·5,最小检出量为4·0ng。结论:本方法专属性好,简便快捷,可用于亚硫酸氢钠穿心莲内酯的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of andrographolide sodium bisulfite and its relative substances. Methods:The samples were loaded and analyzed by HPLC, which consisted of a Diamonsil C 18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）, an eluant of methanol-acetonitrile-0.02mol·L -1 KH₂PO₄（5∶24∶75） and a detection at 220 nm.Results:Andrographolide sodium bisulfite was separated from its relative substances well in a resolution ratio of 1∶5 or up. The detection limit was 4.0 ng.Conclusion:This specific and efficient HPLC method can be used for the quality control of andrographolide sodium bisulfite.更多还原
