【Abstract】 Pitavastatin is the most recently approved statin. It not only competitively inhibits HMG-CoA reductase,but also has liver-selective action, thus being regarded as "superstatins". This paper reviews pharmacology and pharmacotherapy of pitavastatin.更多还原
