针灸对不完全性截瘫兔不同组织血管升压素动态变化的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨针灸对不完全性截瘫兔不同组织血管升压素(AVP)的动态影响及在脊髓损伤修复中的意义。方法:采用针刺督脉及神经干方法治疗不完全性截瘫兔,用125I放射免疫方法测量截瘫兔6 h、7 d和15 d时,血浆、下丘脑、垂体、脊髓AVP含量。结果:针灸对兔不完全性截瘫后各组织AVP水平均有调整作用,在15 d后可调整至正常,对血浆AVP调整最快,在7 d时即可恢复至正常水平;垂体、脊髓3个时间点呈显著性下降,15 d时可恢复至正常水平。结论:针灸可降低兔不完全性截瘫后各组织AVP含量,加快抗原抗体结合,减轻由AVP升高导致的脊髓水肿,加快损伤脊髓的修复。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the dynamic effects of acupuncture on vasopressin(AVP) in(different) tissues of rabbits with incomplete paraplegia and its significance in the repair of the injured spinal cord.Methods: The rabbits with incomplete paraplegia were treated with acupuncturing Dumai(督脉) and the nerve trunk.The contents of AVP in plasma,hypothalamus,pituitary and spinal cord were measured by 125I(radioimmunoassay) at 6 hours,7 days and 15 days after incomplete paraplegia were established respectively.Results: The levels of AVP in different tissues could be adjusted to normal level after 15 days by acupuncture.Among the different tissues,the level of AVP in plasma was adjusted most quickly,which reached the normal level after 7 days.The levels of AVP in pituitary and spinal cord decreased at three stages,and reached the normal level at 15 days.Conclusion: Treatment with acupuncture can reduce the content of AVP in different tissues of rabbits with incomplete paraplegia,accelerate the combination of antigen and antibody,ameliorate(spinal)(edema) induced by increasing AVP content and facilitate the repair of injured spinal cord.
