【摘要】 目的探讨中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(central serous chorioretinopathy,CSC)经激光治疗前后的光学相干断层成像(optical coherence tomography,OCT)的特征。方法对经临床检查诊断为CSC患者(出现主观症状4~8周之内)42例42只眼,在行激光治疗前及治疗后第15天、第30天散瞳进行OCT检查,并对病变图像进行测量和分析。结果CSC患者OCT图像病变范围为570~3400μm,平均为(1675.18±995.01)μm;高度为180~680μm,平均为(357.54±219.20)μm。特征为累及黄斑中心凹的视网膜神经上皮层的拱形隆起与色素上皮层之间的弱反射暗区。经激光治疗后第15天检查示病变范围为220~1120μm,平均为(552.46±233.92)μm;高度为56~230μm,平均为(135.69±68.13)μm;第1个月后检查示病变范围为115~320μm,平均为(209.17±65.32)μm;高度为12~135μm,平均为(68.53±33.42)μm。两者差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论通过OCT对CSC经激光治疗前后的视网膜病变的追踪定量分析,表明它在CSC的诊断、定量测量和病情监测等方面具有重要的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the characteristics of optical coherence tomography(OCT) of central serous chorioretinopathy(CSC) after laser therapy.Methods Forty-two eyes of 42 patients with a clinical diagnosis of CSC were examined with OCT after pupil dilation.The results were evaluated and compared to measurements taken before laser photocoagulation and at fifteen and thirty days after laser therapy.Results OCT quantitative measurements showed that the range of the diameters of detachment was 570 ～ 3400(1675.18±995.01)μm and the range of the height was 180～680(357.54±219.20)μm before laser photocoagulation.Measurements taken during follow-up visits 15 and 30 days after laser photocoagulation showed that the diameters had been reduced to a range of 220～1120(552.46±233.92)μm and 115～320(209.17±65.32)μm,and the heights had been reduced to a range of 56～230(135.69±68.13)μm and 12～135(68.53±33.42)μm,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion OCT is useful in the diagnosis,quantitative assessment and inspection of the CSC.更多还原
