基于智能功率模块的开关磁阻电动机功率电路研究
Power Circuit Research of SRM Based on IPM
【摘要】 介绍了一种新型基于智能功率模块开关磁阻电动机功率电路,研究了日本三菱公司生产的第三代智能功率模块PS21564的工作原理及其特有的自举充电电路的充电过程及其可靠实用的电路连接方式,并给出仿真结果,证明了此种电路是一种方便可行的开关磁阻电机功率电路。
【Abstract】 A new power circuit of SRM based on IPM was introduced. The third generation IPM of Mitsubishi’s PS21564 and its working principle, charging process of exclusive bootstrap charge circuit, the reliable and practical connection mode were presented in detail. The simulation result proves that, for switched reluctance motor, this power circuit is convenient and reliable.
