【摘要】 目的:采用考夫曼儿童能力评估成套测验(Kaufman Assessment Battery for Children,K-ABC) 对注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD,Attention Deficit Hypemctivity Disorder)儿童进行检测,以探讨其同时性加工和继时性加工方面的神经心理反应特征。方法:对30例未接受过药物治疗的6-13岁ADHD 儿童以及与之年龄、性别和年级相匹配的30例正常儿童进行日本版K-ABC 测试,测验项目包括继时性加工量表(手动作、复数、词语顺序)和同时性加工量表(画面统合、积木摹摆、视觉类比推理、寻找位置)中的7个分测验,并对其结果进行比较和分析。结果:ADHD 组儿童在7个分测验中的成绩均低于对照组儿童,其中手动作(12.6±3.8/15.5±3.2.t=-3.215,P<0.01)、复数(15.5±2.9/17.3±2.1,t=2.818,P<0.01)、词语顺序(10.4±3.0/13.5±3.3,t=-3. 792,P<0.001)、视觉类比推理(12.6±3.5/15.1±2.7,t=-3.077,P<0.01)分测验的比较有统计学意义。结论:ADHD 儿童的继时性加工和同时性加工能力较正常儿童均存在一定程度的缺陷,尤以继时性加工方面的缺陷较为明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:In this study,we propose to explore the neuropsychological characters of ADHD chil- dren on the sequential processing and simultaneous Processing with K-ABC.Methods:30 children diagnosed with ADHD(DSM-Ⅳ criteria)and 30 normal children who were matched by age,sex and grade with the case group were assessed with the Sequential Processing scale(Hand movement,Number recall,Word order)and Simultaneous Pro- cessing scale(Gestalt Closure,Triangles,Matrix Analysis,Spatial Memory)in K-ABC.Results:The scores of the ADHD group of the subtests were significantly lower than that of the control group,i.e.the Hand Movement(12.6± 3.8,15.5±3.2;t=3.215,P=0.002),the Number Recall(15.5±2.9,17.3±2.1,t=2.818,P=0.007),the Word Order (10.4±3.0,13.5±3.3,t=3.792,P<0.0005),the Matrix Analysis(12.6±3.5,15.1±2.7,t=3.007,P=0.003).Conclu- sions:Children with ADHD were impaired in cognitive processing,especially in sequential processing.更多还原
