慢性腹泻脾胃湿热证与肠道菌群的关系

【摘要】 [目的]研究慢性腹泻脾胃湿热证与肠道菌群的关系。[方法]用选择性培养基对慢性腹泻脾胃湿热证及脾虚证患者和正常人大便肠杆菌、肠球菌、酵母菌、双岐杆菌、乳杆菌、拟杆菌、消化球菌等进行培养,同时计算双岐杆菌和肠杆菌比值(B/E)。[结果]与脾虚证组比较,脾胃湿热证组肠道需氧菌肠杆菌、肠球菌、B/E比值及厌氧菌双岐杆菌、乳杆菌均升高。[结论]慢性腹泻脾胃湿热证与脾虚证患者存在不同的肠道菌群失调。

【Abstract】 [Objective]To study features of intestinal flora in patients with chronic diarrhea of spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome.[Methods] The selected substrate was used to examine the intestinal flora of Enterobacteria, Streptococci, Veast fungus, Bifidobacteria, Lactobacilli, peptococcus and Bacteroidaceae of the chronic diarrhea of spleen-stomach damp-heat type and spleen deficiency type and health adult group. The ratio of Bacteroidaceae to Enterobacteria(B/E)was calculated at the same time.[Results] The aerobe bacterial of Enterobacteria, Streptococci, B/E and the anaerobe bacterial of Bifidobacteria, Lactobacilli in patients of spleen-stomach damp-heat type were higher than those of the spleen deficiency type.[Conclusion]The changes of the intestinal flora were different in chronic diarrhea patients of spleen-stomach damp-heat type and spleen deficiency type.
