白术对豚鼠结肠体外肌条运动的影响

【摘要】 [目的] 观察白术对豚鼠体外结肠平滑肌运动的影响。[方法] 制备豚鼠结肠纵肌和横肌肌条,放置在灌流肌槽内,用不同浓度白术水煎刺激,经张力换能器和生物信号采集系统,测量白术对横肌条和纵肌条运动积分和相对运动百分比的影响。[结果] 不同浓度白术水煎剂使豚鼠横肌和纵肌运动积分和相对运动百分比均增强,对纵肌的作用强于横肌。[结论] 白术水煎剂可增强结肠收缩,呈浓度依赖性,非双向调节作用。

【Abstract】 Objective] To investigate the effect of Chinese herb atractylodes rhizome on locomotion of colon smooth muscle in guinea pig. [Methods] The longitude and transverse colon strips were prepared and put into perfusion slot, in which the strips were stimulated by different concentration of atractylodes rhizome decoction. Tensility commutator and biology signal collection system were applied to observe movement integral and comparative movement percentage of longitude and transverse colon strips.[Results] Different concentration of atractylodes rhizome decoction increased the movement integral and comparatively movement percentage of the longitude and transverse colon strips. The effect on longitude strips was stronger than that on the transverse ones.[Conclusion] Atractylodes rhizome decoction can reinforce the colon muscle contraction which is concentration-dependent and not double-direction regulation.
