【摘要】 [目的] 观察10%鸦胆子乳联合地塞米松保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。[方法] 10%鸦胆子乳50 ml加地塞米松5 mg混合充分摇匀,用18~20号肛管每晚经肛门插入保留灌肠 2 h,1 个月为 1 个疗程。如未治愈可进行第2个疗程治疗。疗程结束后均经结肠镜复查。[结果] 48 例患者经 1 个疗程治愈 38 例(78.5%),其中轻度32例,中度6例;好转10例(21.5%),其中中度6例,重度4例。伴腺瘤息肉2例,炎性息肉5例。1例腺瘤息肉经2个疗程灌肠治疗,腺瘤脱落,另1例腺瘤息肉者行肛肠科手术;5 例炎性息肉经治疗均消失。其余病例均获临床治愈,其治愈率为97.5%。[结论] 该疗效理想而可靠,简便易行,值得临床尝试和推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective] To observe clinical effect of clysis therapy in ulcerative colitis patients with 10% bruceajananica combined with dexamethasome. [Methods] Fifty milliliter 10% bruceajananica and five milligram dexamethasome were mixed fully and then clystered into anus by 18~20 F catheters for 2 hours. A month was one therapeutic course and another course would begin if the patient was not cured. All the patients were examined by endoscope at the end of the treatment. [Results] After one course, 38 of the total 48 patients were cured ( 78.5 %) including 32 mild cases and 6 moderate degree cases; 10 patients were improved ( 21.5 %) including 6 moderate degree cases and 4 severe cases. In 2 patients with adenoma and 5 patients with polyp, adenoma of 1 patient and polyp of 5 patients disappeared. Except a patient with adenoma received operation, all the others ( 97.5 %) were cured clinically. [Conclusion] The clysis therapy is worthwhile to be applied extensively with reliable effect.更多还原
