【摘要】 [目的] 观察安胃汤对慢性萎缩性胃炎胃肠激素的影响。[方法] 用N 甲基 N’ 硝基 N 亚硝基胍制作慢性萎缩性胃炎的动物模型。放射免疫法检测血胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MOT)和胃黏膜生长抑素(SS)水平。[结果] 与模型组相比,安胃汤增加大鼠血GAS和胃黏膜 SS水平,降低血 MOT水平(P<0.05,<0.01)。安胃汤能修复和保护胃黏膜。[结论] 调节胃肠激素水平可能是安胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的机制之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective] To explore effect of anwei decoction (AD) on chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG). [Methods] Rats with CAG were induced by N methy N Nitro N Nitroguanidine (MNNG). Levels of serum gastrin and motilin,and content of somatostatin in gastric mucosa were determined by radioimmunoassay (RIA). [Results] After the treatment with AD,the levels of the three kinds of gastrointestinal hormones restored close to the normal. Pathologic observation showed that AD could protect and recover gastric mucosa. [Conclusion] AD can regulate the levels of gastrointestinal hormones, which may be one of its mechanisms in treating CAG.更多还原
