电除尘器收尘极板表面电流密度分布实验研究
Experiment on current density distribution on plate of different combinations of discharge electrodes with collecting plates
【摘要】 本文通过实验测量了火电厂电除尘器常用放电极与C480收尘板配置时极板表面电流密度的大小和分布,利用极板表面平均电流密度、电流密度相对标准差两个指标,讨论了不同放电极及其布置形式对测量结果的影响,给出了几种电场特性参数较好的电极配置形式和参数调整范围。
【Abstract】 By measuring the current density on the collecting plate, the paper gives the characteristic of electric field on the condition that discharge electrodes usually used in electrostatic precipitator of coal fired plant combined with C480 collecting plate. It uses two parameters of average current density and relative deviation to discuss the effect of different discharge electrodes and setting manner.It gives several kinds of electrical fields in different combination and the parameter range of adjustment.
