快锻液压机机架静动态数值模拟
Finite element analysis of the frame of twin columns pull-down high speed hydraulic forging press
【摘要】 采用三维十节点实体单元对12 5MN双柱下拉式快锻液压机进行了静动态有限元计算,得到了液压机机身在给定工况下的静动态应力位移分布规律。快速锻造液压机已成为重要锻造设备之一。本文建立了12 5MN双柱下拉式快锻液压机机架三维有限元模型,对其应力及位移分布进行了静动态分析。研究表明:机架四角为危险截面;静态和动态下,应力和位移的分布趋势基本一致;机架在动态载荷冲击下,危险截面的最大应力将会增加40%左右;偏移载荷将会使机架危险截面的最大应力增加20%左右。
【Abstract】 The high speed hydraulic forging press has become one of the important forging equipment.This paper created three-dimensional finite element model for the frame of 12.5 MN twin columns pull-down high speed hydraulic forging press,analyzed the stress and displacement laws of the frame under static and dynamic loads.By the main calculation results,the four corners of the frame are the dangerous cross-sections of the frame. The distribution trends of the stress and displacement are almost same under static and dynamic loads.Under dynamic load, the largest stress in the dangerous cross-section is increased by about 40%.Under offsetting load, the largest stress in the dangerous cross-section is increased by about 20%.
