聚合物网络法制备纳米氧化锡粉体
Preparation of Nanosized Tin Oxide Powders by Polymer Network Method
【摘要】 纳米氧化锡(SnO2)粉体是制备气、湿敏传感器和催化剂等较为理想的原料。利用有机单体自由基聚合反应机制,采用聚合物网络法制备了纳米氧化锡粉体。以五水氯化锡为原料,选取丙烯酰胺和N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺两种水溶性有机物作为单体,在引发剂过硫酸铵的作用下,有机单体发生交联共聚,从而使Sn4+溶液转变成凝胶。该凝胶具有三维网络状结构,能够较好地抑制热处理过程中粒子的团聚,500℃下热处理2 h获得的SnO2粉体具有金红石结构,平均粒径约为7.9 nm。
【Abstract】 Nanocrystalline tin oxide(SnO2) is desirable for use in gas or humidity sensors and catalytic agent.SnO2 nanopowders were prepared by polymer network method based on principle of free-radical polymerization of organic monomers with stannic chloride as starting material.Monofunctional acrylamide and difunctional N′-methylenebisacrylamide were used as organic monomers.Under the acting of initiator ammonium persulfate,aqueous solution of Sn4+ becomes a cross-linked gel as a result of the copolymerization of monomers.The three-dimensional tangled network structure of the gel helps to inhibit the aggregation of particles during heat-treating process.The resulting SnO2 powder calcined at 500 ℃ for 2 h has rutile crystalline structure with a typical particle size of about 7.9 nm.
