不同铝盐对LiMn2O4改性材料性能的影响
Performance!of LiMn2O4 Materials Modified by Different Alumium Salts
【摘要】 采用铝盐与尖晶石LiMn2O4的高温固相反应,制备出改性的尖晶石锂锰氧化物材料。对材料进行了XRD和SEM分析及电性能等测试。结果表明:改性材料均基本保持了尖晶石主体结构;材料表面形貌与铝盐阴离子根极性强弱有关,改性前的LiMn2O4在50℃下10次循环后,容量衰减率为24.4%,而由铝盐酸性后材料的在8.3%~16%,其中草酸铝对材料高温循环性能改善最为明显。
【Abstract】 The lithium manganese oxides modified by different aluminum composites were prepared by high-temperature solid-state reaction. The properties of the modified materials were investigated by X-ray diffraction analysis, SEM and electrochemical tests. The XRD analysis indicate that all the modified products possess a cubic spinel structure with a space group Fdm. The morphology of modified materials is related to anions of the aluminum salts. The capacity loss of LiMn2O4 before modification after ten cycles at 50 ℃ was 24.4% and the modified materials were 8.3%~16%. The material modified by aluminum oxalate has the best performance.
