弥散强化Pt-5Au——新型的坩埚器皿材料
Dispersedly Strengthened Pt-5Au as a New Type Crucible Material
【摘要】 采用内氧化-热复合工艺制备了弥散强化Pt-5Au,作为一种新型坩埚器皿材料。测量结果表明:弥散强化Pt-5Au比传统的Pt-5Au合金具有更优异的高温力学性能,更长的使用寿命,而坩埚器皿的重量可减轻30%~50%,完全替代Pt-5Au合金材料后,有极大的经济效益。
【Abstract】 The dispersedly strengthened Pt-5Au, as a new-typed crucible material, was prepared by internal-oxidization-thermal composition technology. Mesurement results show that the dispersely strengthened Pt-5Au has had better mechanical properties at higher temperature,longer useful life, and more lightened weight by 30%~50% as compared with Pt-5Au alloy. A great economic benefits can be obtained when completely substituting Pt-5Au alloy.
