MSnO3(M=Ca和Ba)纳米晶不同合成方法对其成相温度的影响
Influences of Different Routes on Crystallization Temperature in Syntheses of MSnO3 (M=Ca and Ba) Nanocrystals
【摘要】 分别采用共沉淀法和溶胶凝胶法制备了钙钛矿结构的MSnO3(M=Ca和Ba)纳米晶。研究发现,在共沉淀法的制备过程中,CaSnO3成相的焙烧温度须高于BaSnO3;而在溶胶凝胶法制备过程中,情况正好相反。从反应机制和物质本征结构两方面对此进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 MSnO3 (M=Ca and Ba) nanocrystals with perovskite structure were synthesized by a co-precipitation route and a sol-gel route, respectively. It is found that the crystallization temperature of CaSnO3 is higher than that of BaSnO3 in their co-precipitation preparations. However, the situation is reversed in their sol-gel preparations. Probable explanation is given in terms of the related reaction mechanism and material′s characteristic structures.
