动力学褪色光度法测定痕量钛(Ⅳ)
Determination of Trace Ti by Kinetic Discoring Spectrophotometry
【摘要】 在硫酸介质中 ,痕量钛 (Ⅳ )能催化过氧化氢氧化甲基红褪色 ,用分光光度法测定了催化反应与非催化反应速度的变化 ,从而对该反应进行研究。优化了反应条件 ,建立了褪色反应动力学光度法测定痕量钛 (Ⅳ )的新方法。该方法测定钛浓度的线性范围为 8~ 64 μg·L- 1 ,检出限为 0 .97μg·L- 1 。该方法操作简便 ,反应灵敏 ,可用于发样的测定
【Abstract】 A new kinetic discoloring spectrophotometry for the determination of titanium (Ⅳ) was developed, which was based on the catalytic discoloring effect of titanium (Ⅳ) on the oxidation reaction of methyl red by hydrogen peroxide in dilute sulfuric acid medium. The effect of different parameters on the reaction was investigated by using fixed time method in order to establish optimum conditions. The linear range of the determination Ti(Ⅳ)is 8~64 μg·L-1 and detection limit is 0.967 μg·L-1. This method has been applied to the determination of titanium(Ⅳ) in hair sample.
