共沉淀法制备超细长余辉发光材料铝酸锶铕镝的研究

【摘要】 用共沉淀法制备了发蓝光的Sr4 Al1 4O2 5∶Eu2 + ,Dy3+ 和发绿光的SrAl2 O4 ∶Eu2 + ,Dy3+ 超细长余辉发光材料。用SEM ,XRD表征了所得磷光材料的形态、粒度和物相组成 ,用荧光分光光度计测定了磷光材料的发光性能。结果发现 ,与固相法合成的产物相比 ,材料的激发光谱和发光光谱均发生了蓝移 ,余辉亮度有所提高。并且探讨了温度和烧结方式对材料发光性能和材料形态的影响

【Abstract】 Long-lasting ultra-fine phosphor of Sr4Al14O25∶Eu2+, Dy3+ of emitting blue light and SrAl2O4∶Eu2+, Dy3+ of emitting green light with high brightness and long afterglow were synthesized by co-deposited method. Structure and morphology, grain size of phosphor were tested by the SEM and XRD. Optical properties of phosphor were examined by (spectrophoto-)fluorometer. The results show that exciting spectra and emitting spectra of the products synthesized by co-(deposited) method shows blue shift. The influence of temperature and sinter manner on luminescence properties and morphology of phosphor were studied.
