质量管理在警察组织中的实施策略探析
The engineering of quality management system in Chinese Police——The Feasibility, Obstruction and Strategy Analysis
【摘要】 本文概括介绍了中国公安系统的管理体制和组织结构,并对应用质量管理工具和方法的可行性进行了分析,在此基础上,笔者提出了实施质量管理的方案和克服阻力的相关策略。
【Abstract】 In this paper we generally introduce the structure and system of Chinese police organization and launch a feasibility analysis for the application of quality management tools and techniques in it, then we present our quality management resolution, including obstruction analysis and strategy, to improve Chinese police service quality continuously.
